Today I start Zumba Gold classes at East Wittering Village Hall. Last night I dreamt I was starting classes at a hospital with all the characters from @greysabc and most importantly Miranda Bailey, I was telling her to not trip on her white coat as I was doing all the ordinary, usual things I do to get ready - check my water bottle, socks... And telling Owen Hunt not to look at my bottom while I was getting changed. #howtosavealife funnily enough a few weeks ago when we had a family emergency and I wasn't sure what to do I walked into a cafe and they were playing this song, so I did my best, sometimes you're never going to know the impact you have on others but I have heard from people who've done my class that they're walking up stairs now, their blood pressure normalised, they've been able to come off medication and just plain feeling joy. So I'm really hoping people show up today and I can do something good. Oh and I have my own mind, body, spirit class called free afterwards. I think I can do a lot of good with that too.
My mum called it right today - the proper description for this weather "perishing" and according to my Grandma it's going to be the coldest night in six years - fire is lit, eating lots of hearty food and there may be two hot water bottles in the bed tonight... But this was a brief moment when it was just warm enough to stand on the beach with a cup of tea and a non-vegan Crunchie that the lovely printer gave me when I popped in to pick up contracts for my new hall!
